In this role, you will oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for specific businesses within our group.

You will be supported by a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, along with the wider Marketing and Communications team:

As the Brand and Campaign Manager, you will:

Manage the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns for designated businesses. The role is supported by a Marketing and Social Media Co-ordinator, and the broader Marketing and Communications team.

As well as:

  • Be the primary point of contact between your businesses stakeholders (CEO and stream leads) and the broader marketing, communications and design teams
  • Lead the establishment of annual marketing strategies, and manage the delivery of campaigns to meet core business objectives
  • Provide strategic marketing advice to business stakeholders, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external specialist partners to deliver best practice marketing activity
  • Be the brand champion for these businesses and be a subject matter expert
  • Co-ordinate production workflow of all marketing activity to meet production timelines
  • Responsible for relevant branding and style guide consistency
  • Work with marketing colleagues to identify opportunities to collaborate across businesses.
  • Directly develop or deliver marketing or communications material or information for the business as required.
  • Contribute to broader marketing strategies for the Group, specific programs and delivery streams as required

 

About you:

You will use your marketing and stakeholder management expertise to deliver innovative and effective marketing strategies and campaigns, for your portfolio of businesses within the group. Working directly with the business CEO and senior staff you’ll be a trusted business partner and advisor, with the backing of a multi-disciplinary team of marketing, creative, and communications professionals. We’re looking for someone who is innovative, insightful, creative, results oriented and passionate about what they do.

You will also:

  • Have a positive social impact working with a large and dynamic group of for-purpose businesses 
  • Be a dedicated Brand Manager for a small portfolio of businesses in the employment, skills, education and community support space
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to successful marketing campaigns
  • Customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills – in particular written skills with a proven ability to write and present marketing briefs
  • Creativity, initiative and a customer centric approach
  • Ability to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environment and make positive influence.
