About the opportunity
The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the Head of Program Delivery & Compliance for the development, implementation and execution of learning projects for HELP.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design and deliver program content to meet organisational capability needs across the organisation
- Apply creativity to learning design, to build employee capability in a way which inspires and constructively challenges them
- Administer the learning management system and prepare compliance reporting
- Design, develop and facilitate interactive blended learning solutions
- Review and analyse learning material to ensure material remains current and compliant
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning from delivery to competency/performance on the job
- Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning and capability needs to create the desired learning
- Support the development of career planning tools to support employee development and retention
- Support the development of a range of learning tools and supports focusing on the 70/20 elements of learning; including tools to support COP, Coaching, Mentoring and ‘Day in the life of’ experience
- Manage the reporting and tracking requirements for traineeships as required
- Provide high level and professional customer service to all stakeholders internal and external
This is a Full-Time position based at Eagle Farm.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and value driven individual with strong understanding of the Learning and Development space. Your ability to advise, mentor and coach internal leaders and staff at all levels of seniority will be the key to your success, you will aim to meet the following:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent or 2 years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- High attention to detail
- High level written and communication skills
- Proficient learning and development skills in theory, design and facilitation
- Creativity and innovation to ensure learning outcomes are achieved
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member
- Well-developed IT skills including the use of database software, word processing and spreadsheets and advanced skills in e-learning development software
- High level of integrity
- Flexible, adaptable with a commitment to achieving results
- Ability to analyse problems and formulate and implement practical courses of action
