About the Opportunity:
- The NDIS Onboarding Officer will be responsible for providing effective and efficient financial onboarding of all participants accessing NDIS services via HELP.
- Timely and accurate onboarding of all participants undertaking NDIS Services within HELP.
- Understanding and Interpreting NDIS Funding Models and Price Guides.
- Capacity to interpret the range of NDIS supports available to participants to ensure participants receive the most appropriate supports.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders including participants, families and other stakeholders.
- Represent HELP professionally, positively and courteously during every interaction.
- Support with the creating of service bookings through the NDIS Portal.
- Support and conduct investigations of unclaimed revenue.
- Ensure participant agreements and associated documents for the commencement and ongoing supports are completed in an appropriate timeframe as advised by management.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately in the Customer Information Management System.
- Conduct all activities related to the onboarding of participants as required.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with members of all Business Units and Management teams for Disability, Commercial and Employment.
- Assist with any other tasks as requested by your supervisor.
- Comply with HELP’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
About You:
We are seeking motivated and value driven individuals with exceptional eye for detail to join our Centralised Services team
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Experience within the NDIS Portal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and be part of a team
- High level attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and plan your workload
- Experience working with a high volume of workload
- Experience in the use of IT management systems
- Experience in an administration/customer service role
- Previous experience with NDIS
