About the opportunity

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative and operational tasks at our site. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the site, from managing paperwork and communication to providing logistical support.

More specifically you will:

  • Assist is all aspects of production site operations, from raw materials procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring that production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met. 
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, filing, and record-keeping, including employee's timekeeping. Ensure the efficient flow of information within the site.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for the site, including scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and overseeing equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Serve as a point of contact for site-related inquiries and effectively communicate with staff, clients, and external parties.
  • Schedule and prepare for site meetings, take minutes, and assist in organizing events or training sessions as needed.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and practices on-site. Maintain records related to safety protocols.
  • Assist in tracking expenses, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with the site budget.
  • Address site-related issues and concerns, collaborating with relevant teams to find efficient solutions.
  • Operate in cooperation with the support functions on site, contributing to a harmonious customer focused site.

This is a Full-Time position based at: Acacia Ridge

About you: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual which possesses the following qualities: 

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or site coordination. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best manufacturing practices is a plus!
